If you are an existing customer but you do not know your account number then please send us a short e-mail and we will e-mail you back with the information you need to access the portal.

For any potential new customers please contact us either by phone, e-mail or using the contact form on our contacts page.

We always welcome new customers and pets but our policy is that we meet all new clients face to face to discuss your needs with you in detail before registering you onto our system.

If you use our client portal you will have access to a host of new features that will make your life simpler for example;

• You can update your own account information.
• Provide us with details of an emergency contact.
• Tell us about your pets and their care requirements.
• Upload your favorite pet photos.
• View your schedule to ensure that we have the correct services booked for you
• Book and cancel some services online using our advanced booking service (currently only available for booking cat and small animal visits, for all dog walking bookings please contact us as usual).
